Here at Moffatt we value each and every one of our customers. And we like to offer you the best service possible. That’s why we:

• mount all our prints to order using high-quality acid-free, PH neutral boards; this gives a much more professional look to your print than simply using a standard, factory-cut mount;
• offer a choice of mount board colours at no extra cost. See Mount Options for samples;
• guarantee all our Flower Fairy prints are over fifty years old. We can provide a free certificate too, please let us know if you’d like one;
• refuse to overcharge for postage and packing. The standard £2.95 (approx US$4.50/€ 3.40) charge covers First Class Recorded Delivery to the UK and Airmail to all other countries, for any number of prints;
• we aim to complete orders within five working days – please email if you need it sooner, we are usually able to help.
