PAYMENT / OWNERSHIP

Payment for prints is required in advance. Orders are normally despatched within five working days of payment being received.

Ownership of one of our prints remains with Moffatt Vintage Fairy Prints until it has been despatched to the customer, who then assumes ownership. A proof of posting is obtained for every order.

Our liability is limited to a refund only. No additional liability arises from non-delivery or other eventuality.

COPYRIGHT

You may access our site, solely for your private use, and not for any commercial or public use, on a single CPU at a time. You are not permitted to print out a hard copy of any part of its content, nor may you copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, or show in public any part of this website, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

All rights, including copyright rights, in the Moffatt Vintage Fairy Prints website and its contents, are either owned by us or used by us, as permitted by applicable law.
